Riders launch first-ever USHL Coach's show

The renovations at The Stable will not only be viewable to fans during home games - you can also get a glimpse on local television. The Stable will be the set for the Riders' new show - RiderTownUSA Hockey, which premieres this Saturday, October 10th on CBS2.
The 30 minute, weekly show is the first of its kind in the United States Hockey League. RiderTownUSA Hockey will be hosted by CBS2/FOX28 news anchor Jack Miller, and will feature Riders Head Coach and General Manager Mark Carlson. Each episode will include several special guests, from players and Riders staff, to assistant coaches, and other local hockey enthusiasts.
Special segments such as “Off the Ice” will give an inside look at the team – so viewers can really get to know the players and coaches, and find out what their lives are like when they aren’t at games or practicing. President/CEO Jeff Jauch commented, “RiderTownUSA Hockey will really teach people about who we are, and give fans a unique perspective on the team. You are going to see some things on the show that you wouldn’t typically see on the ice. So we are very excited about it, and it’s a great way to kick off the season.”
RiderTownUSA Hockey will air Saturdays at 11am on CBS2 – starting October 10th and running all the way through March 2010. Each episode will also be available to view online at Ridertownusa.com, immediately following the television broadcast.
